Get Involved: Join a Committee! 

Are you looking for a way to get more involved and make a difference in Lancaster County? Join  one of our committees (formerly called Action Teams)! Our committees are the backbone of our organization, and we can't do it without you. We are always looking for passionate volunteers to help us with our mission. Below are some of the ways you can lend a hand. 

Communication Committee Are you a graphic designer or a creative writer? This is the  committee for you! The Communication Committee is responsible for all of our public outreach.  This includes creating press releases, designing flyers, crafting social media posts, and writing  website content. If you have a knack for getting the word out, we need your help! 

Events Committee Do you love planning parties and gatherings? The Events Committee is the  perfect fit. This team works on all aspects of our events, from community town halls to volunteer  appreciation dinners. Your help is needed to make our events successful and engaging for  everyone. 

Fundraising Committee Are you a natural fundraiser or have some great ideas for raising  money? The Fundraising Committee is dedicated to developing and executing fundraising  events and campaigns. Every dollar we raise goes directly to supporting our local community  and candidates. Help us keep the lights on and the momentum going! 

Technical Committee Are you tech-savvy or have a passion for all things digital? The  Technical Committee is a crucial part of our operation. This group manages our website, social  media, data, Mobilize, VoteBuilder and other technical needs. If you're skilled with technology  and want to help us stay connected in the digital world, join this committee. 

Welcoming Committee Do you love meeting new people? The Welcoming Committee is all  about making new members feel at home. This team creates welcome packages for new sign ups, hosts a welcoming booth at our events, and helps new volunteers find their place. If you're  friendly, organized, and love connecting with people, you'll be a great fit!
